Situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, way up in the Pollenca hills, this rustic farmhouse commands glorious views towards Cala Sant Vicenc, Puig Maria, and Pollenca. Sensitively renovated, the Finca oozes charm with its original features maintained. The lack of sitting area for 10 inside is made up for in spades by the superb outside living space and is an ideal summer Villa for 10.



Approached off a winding single track lane it is less than 2 kms to the Placa Major in the centre of Pollenca, with its  divers wonderful Cathedral,  colourful weekly market and divers variety of restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicenc are a 15 minute drive away. two golf course are also within easy reach

Swimming Pool -  Gated 11m x 5m tiled kidney shaped swimming pool with roman step entry.

Covered  Terrace - Very spacious covered terrace, overlooking the pool, furnished for dining.

First Floor Terrace - Lovely views across open farmland  and citrus orchards to the Bay of Pollenca and  the  Alcanada Peninsular.

Barbecue - Convenient for outside dining, a barbecue area with sink.

Casita - a small casita where you will find the washing machine

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen is also changed every 7 nights.

Wandering through the narrow cobbled streets you will find many lovely old churches plus numerous small art galleries and handicraft shops, whilst outside the town the rolling countryside is excellent for walkers.
