The Villa sits on a rise in the ground above the Bay of Pollensa, with amazing views from the front terrace of the the whole of the Bay of Pollenca and absolutely stunning panoramic views from the rooftop terrace. A comfortable, well equipped  and nicely laid out family Villa, Can Abullon is set in beautifully kept private gardens with lawns, palms and flowerbeds.  Set in the quiet countryside, it is just a short drive from old town Alcudia, with restaurants and cafes. 


Location  - Pollenca Bay

Set quietly amidst open farmland and orchards yet only 3kms from Alcudia and 8 kms from Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca, the Villa is well located for enjoying this north west corner of Mallorca. Spend the morning at one of the colourful town markets, drive up to the mountains in the afternoon and spend the early evening, when the crowds have disappeared, on the beach,. There are two good golf courses close by, footpaths and many cycle routes. Whatever your interest you will be well catered for in this area.

Private Swimming Pool -   Generous 9.5m x 4.5m tiled swimming pool with roman step entry. Depth 1.15m - 1.95m.

Garden - exceptionally well maintained  garden with lawns, flower beds, palms and bamboo.

Covered  Terrace - At the rear of the Villa is a covered terrace furnished with dining table and chairs. Lovely views over open farmland and the S'Alburefeta wetland area to the Bay of Pollenca.

Entrance covered terrace - furnished with a wooden table and bench seating. Purpose built barbecue with sink and table tennis table.

Sea View Rooftop Terrace -  360 degree views of the Bay of Pollenca, the Tramuntana Mountains, open farmland  and citrus orchards.

Shower room - shower, wash basin, WC and washing machine


Inside, Ca'n Abullon - all accommodation on one floor

Open plan living room

 Sitting area - with french doors to the covered pool terrace, the living room is bright and      comfortable,  furnished with two comfortable sofas, TV (restricted English programmes), DVD player.

 Dining Area - Solid wood dining table and chairs for 8.

Kitchen - Bright and modern kitchen with  polished granite topped, wooden fronted fitted cupboards, double sink, gas hob, electric oven,  microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast table and seating for four. Door and windows to the entrance courtyard 


Double Bedroom 1 -  1 double bed, windows with sea view.  Air con unit.

Twin Bedroom 2  -   2 single beds (can be placed together) a window to the garden. Air con unit.

Bathroom 1  - bath with shower over, WC,  washbasin.

Twin Bedroom 1 -  2 single beds (can be placed together) windows to the covered entrance terrace. Air con unit

Twin bedroom 2  - 2 single beds (can be placed together), windows with sea views. Air con unit.

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels, beds will be made up.  

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days. 

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen is also changed every 7 nights.

Parking - There is plenty of  parking space for cars in the courtyard at the entrance to the property, with covered parking for two cars.


Please Note: from 29 June  - 23 August,  Saturday - Saturday bookings only can be accepted. 

We are unable to accept bookings of less then 7 nights at this Villa.

The Historical town of Alcudia nestles along the southern part of the bay of Pollensa, behind a mountainous headland. It is an historic town with Roman, Byzantine and Moorish influences, taking its name from the Arabic for the hill. he town of Alcudia and the unspoilt areas to its north are really the places to enjoy the sights (as opposed to the port). The walled town and the church of Sant Jaume and the Roman ruins of the Ciudad Romana (Roman town) lend Alcudia its strong historical heritage. The narrow shining paved streets are traffic free and are home to an increasing number of select restaurants and cafes.
