Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Update

We understand that you will have concerns about any future travel arrangements with regard to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and we’d just like to reassure you that we have your interests at heart and are keeping a close eye on Foreign Office Advice. We understand how important your holiday is to you and if FCO advice changes to ‘advise against travel’ or ‘advise against all but essential travel’, 4 weeks or less before your intended departure date we will contact you to discuss the way forward on an individual basis. It would be a shame to cancel a much anticipated summer holiday, if when the time comes, you could have continued as planned.

If you have concerns about a holiday which is more than 4 weeks away then please feel free to call or email us to discuss how we can resolve those concerns.

While  there is, generally, a low risk of contracting the virus when abroad, and there are increasing cases being reported in the UK, it is important to follow FCO and public health authority advice.  Whilst staying at your Villa you will be able to rest safe in the knowledge that our Operations team and Destination Experts in location are constantly monitoring the situation locally. Advice will be reliant on that of the local authorities at the time but you will be able to enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that we will keep you updated if necessary and  ensure that you are safely accommodated and provided with a specific support and advice line to call.

Travellers are advised to read the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice for the country they are travelling to, which includes entry requirements and a link through to the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) TravelHealthPro website that provides specific travel health advice for countries.

For full information relating to the Coronavirus outbreak please visit the
UK Government website for more information on the risks and advice on the preventative measures.
