We understand that you will have concerns about future travel arrangements with regard to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and we’d just like to reassure you that we have your interests at heart and are keeping a close eye on the UK’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice and other relevant Authorities.

We are very conscious of the worry that this pandemichas caused for both our loyal customers and our steadfast Villa Owners in Crete, Kefalonia, Mallorca, Menorca, and Sicily. We are attempting to create an outcome which will be, given the circumstances, fair, clear and acceptable to all. 


What happens if FCO advice has advised against all but essential travel? 

The FCO advice does not, at present, have an end date but please be aware that it can be changed at very short notice. This makes long term planning very difficult and so we are now only able to work on a 7 day window.


What if the FCO advice not to travel remains in place 7 days before my holiday start date?

If FCO advice not to travel remains in place 7 days before the commencement of your holiday, we will contact you and offer to move your villa booking, free of any administration charges, either to 2021 or to a date later this year. The balance will be carried through with your booking and you will be responsible for any extra costs should they arise because of a seasonal date change. If the new booking is at a lower cost no refund is applicable.  If you would prefer to move the booking to next year then we will honour our 2020 prices, regardless of any 2021 price increases*


Should I pay the balance of my holiday when it is due? 

If you have received a request for the payment of your balance, this is because your holiday is expected to go ahead as scheduled but we do understand that this is a worrying time for you. We are presently offering an extension of the balance due date until 28 days before Check-In to allow more time for the situation to evolve. It is at this point that decisions will have to be made whether to forfeit the 30% deposit or pay the balance. 


I have concerns about paying the balance of my holiday.

We don’t want you to lose your deposit and the best way to do this is to complete the balance payment in the knowledge that we will help you find suitable dates for your holiday as above, should the FCO or other relevant Authority advice remain in place 7 days before your departure date. 


What if I no longer wish to go on holiday

If you would prefer to cancel your villa booking, either by emailing us or by default, because of non-payment of the balance in accordance with our booking conditions,  we suggest you contact your Travel Insurance Provider to discuss your options.


Will I get my money back if I cancel my Villa booking? 

If you decide that you would rather not travel either for Medical or any other reason, outside the time frame above, then there will be no refund of monies paid and you should contact your Travel Insurance Provider to discuss your options.


IMPORTANTBefore confirming anything with us directly, please first check with your travel insurance provider to understand what effect, if any, a change of dates might have on the coverage of your insurance policy.

Travellers are advised to read the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice for the country they are travelling to, which includes entry requirements and a link through to the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) TravelHealthPro website that provides specific travel health advice for countries.
